Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and assist team with training and tools.
• Prepare food according to item specifications, plan for seasons and mass production, ensure food safety sanitation and cold chain standards.
• Operate, maintain and sanitize equipment; stock and rotate merchandise; assist members with purchases and service needs.
• Use digital tools and handheld devices to support production, ordering, and order picking while engaging with members.
