Job summary

Sazerac is hiring a Café Associate in Kentucky to provide friendly service, support food and beverage offerings, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere in our tasting and dining spaces.

This part-time role requires 25–30 hours per week with nights and weekends. Ideal candidates have hospitality experience and a high school diploma; training covers safety, service standards, and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and non-traditional hours.
• 1+ year of hospitality experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Welcome guests, assist with tasting experiences, and help ensure a smooth visitor flow.
• Keep café and guest areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines while supporting a safe, positive guest experience.
