Caesars Sportsbook at the Harrah’s Laughlin Casino in Laughlin, NV is hiring a Sportsbook Ticket Writer to greet guests, explain betting options, and provide friendly, responsible wagering assistance.

You will engage with regulars and first‑time bettors alike, mastering our betting menu and ensuring a high level of Caesars Family Style service in a fast‑paced gaming floor environment. Prior cash handling and hospitality experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, Internet) required.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience in a work setting.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 21+ years of age or older.
• Must obtain Nevada Gaming License.
• Hospitality experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier Caesars Family Style Service to encourage repeat visits.
• Adhere to all company and gaming control board rules and regulations.
• Become familiar with betting options and discuss them with customers.
• Resolve customer disputes/escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Be a positive team member and collaborate with leadership.
• Complete all required paperwork per policy and gaming standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

By providing a high level of customer service to both regulars and “novice bettors”, you will ensure everyone is made to feel welcome at our sports book(s). As an expert in our menu of sports betting options, you will help advise and answer customer questions to help them make an informed, responsible decision with their sports wagering.

Responsibilities

• Provide a top tier Caesars Family Style Service that encourages customers to come back repeatedly
• Don't get a penalty - ensure you adhere to all the rules and regulations set forth by the company and gaming control board
• Become familiar with our betting options and be able to strike up conversations with customers regarding those options
• Work to resolve customer disputes/complaints and escalated to direct supervisor when needed
• Be a positive team member and work collaboratively with other team members and your leadership team
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork/documentation is filled out accordingly to company policy and gaming control board standards
• Other duties as assigned
