Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on FEA experience in consumer products.
• Proficiency in major FEA tools including ANSYS, LS-DYNA, ABAQUS, Hypermesh.
• Strong knowledge of FEA theory, material failure criteria, and fracture mechanics.
• Experience with 3D CAD and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAE simulation technologies to support product development.
• Translate product design requirements into simulation project specifications.
• Conduct structural analysis using FEA tools across static, dynamic, fatigue, and multi-physics domains.
• Verify simulation results with theory and test data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design optimization.
• Manage multiple projects with increasing technical complexity.
