Job summary

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) seeks a highly motivated CADP Training and Development Specialist for Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex in Montgomery, AL. The role is full-time and contingent on federal contract award, delivering DoD CADP instruction in online and on-site settings.

You will develop course materials, manage LMS activities, and support learners and faculty through design, delivery, and assessment processes within Air Force guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Management/Leadership or related field.
• 1 year of LMS experience (Canvas/Blackboard or similar).
• 1 year of synchronous online instruction using Teams/Zoom/Adobe Connect.
• 1 year of online university-level teaching experience.
• Air Force civilian or military experience, OR PME completion.
• 2 years of Air Force academic writing experience.
• Ability to teach and facilitate discussions virtually and in person.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CADP instruction in online and resident settings.
• Teach up to 20 online course sections annually with quality and engagement.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans, presentations, and materials.
• Facilitate synchronous/asynchronous learning using approved LMS.
• Grade coursework and provide substantive feedback within timelines.
• Respond to student inquiries within one business day and provide remediation.
• Conduct needs assessments and participate in ADDIE process.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain completion records.
• Support virtual course delivery as a producer when required.
• Participate in curriculum committees and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain faculty portfolios and complete annual evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Air University, AETC, DAF, CLDS policies.
