General Motors Cadillac division is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead dealer partnerships, drive EV adoption, and deliver growth across an assigned territory. This field-based role requires extensive travel and relocation readiness within 60 days.
You will coach dealership leadership, analyze performance, coordinate product launches, and ensure inventory planning aligns with GM strategies. The position offers remote work within territory boundaries and frequent field visits.
This is a field-based position that requires up to 75% travel to dealerships within the assigned territory on a recurring basis. The selected candidate must currently reside within the territory or be willing to relocate to Des Moines, IA or Quad Cities Area or a surrounding area approved by leadership within 60 days of the start date. The selected candidate will be required to travel at least 50% or more on a frequent basis. This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate. This position requires the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review.
