Blue Origin LLC in Merritt Island, Florida is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as the finance business partner for the New Glenn Cadence organization, supporting operating, investment, and rate-readiness decisions.

You will own the cadence financial rhythm end-to-end, lead annual plans and quarterly forecasts, develop KPIs, and partner with operations, supply chain, engineering, and launch teams.

On-site relocation assistance provided; U.S. citizenship or eligible status required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary finance partner to New Glenn Cadence leadership with analysis and decision support.
• Lead annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range Cadence planning.
• Own Cadence cost-center performance: budget vs actual, variance analysis, explanations.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, engineering, and launch to model financial needs.
• Prepare monthly financial reviews and executive briefings with clear recommendations.
• Develop KPIs aligned to cadence milestones, throughput, and capital deployment.
• Support capital planning and tracking for Rocket Park infrastructure and tooling.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close, accruals, capitalization, and reporting.
• Identify cost/process/data-quality improvements and fix upstream issues.
• Mentor junior finance staff and raise analytical standards.
