Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Civil Technology with 5+ years of experience in designing water resources projects; extensive design experience may substitute for education.
• Current AutoCAD and Civil 3D expertise is essential.
• BIM / 3D skills (BricsCAD or Revit) are a plus.
• ArcGIS skills are a plus.
• Experience creating templates and styles in software platforms.
• Experience with Civil 3D surfaces and grading.
• Desire to stay up-to-date on CADD software, tools and versions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual development and final design of water, wastewater, and stormwater facilities.
• Coordinate with process equipment manufacturers and vendors.
• Coordinate with architectural and other engineering disciplines for complete design.
• Develop project specifications.
• Design water, sewer, and stormwater pipelines.
• Prepare construction quantities and opinions of cost.
• Assist with permitting for governmental/regulatory agencies.
