ASM Tech Solutions LLC in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a detail-oriented CADD Drafter / Project Coordinator to support physical security and low-voltage system projects. The role combines drafting with project administration, using AutoCAD to produce floor plans, device layouts, and wiring schematics, while coordinating materials and submittals with field teams and vendors.

You will review drawings for proper integration, manage RFIs and drawing revisions, and track schedules to ensure on-time

Qualifications

3–5 years of AutoCAD drafting experience.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specs.
Experience preparing floor plans, device layouts, and wiring schematics.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication for coordinating with teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

Prepare and revise floor plans, device layouts, and wiring schematics using AutoCAD.
Develop detailed drawings for physical security and low-voltage systems (access control, CCTV).
Review drawings to ensure accurate device placement and system integration.
Coordinate with project managers, field technicians, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Support multiple projects and track schedules, deliverables, and documentation.
Prepare, organize, and manage submittals, RFIs, and drawing revisions.
Coordinate material orders, equipment requirements, and delivery schedules.
Incorporate field feedback and as-built information into updated drawings.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with teams.
Maintain accurate project records and up-to-date documentation.
Assist with planning, progress tracking, and communication to support timely completion.
