Ideal candidates have 10+ years in CADD management, deep highway design experience, and a proven ability to lead teams across multiple projects, ensuring consistency with IDOT and Tollway practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in CADD management or advanced civil design production.
• Expertise with ORD and MicroStation plus highway design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all CADD operations for the Illinois Tollway GEC.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce CADD standards per IDOT and Tollway requirements.
• Oversee CADD environments, templates, and resource files.
• Ensure quality and compliance of all deliverables and support 3D corridor modeling.
