Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete clear documentation including admit notes, assessments, and discharge planning.
• Facilitate crisis interventions and referrals; ensure ethical communication with referral sources.
• Maintain confidential records and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure quality care.
