Discovery Institute Drug & Alcohol Rehab New Jersey seeks a compassionate CADC-certified IOP Counselor to join our outpatient team. You will assess clients, develop treatment plans, and lead group and individual therapy in the IOP program.

You will coordinate care with other clinicians, maintain confidential records, and adapt sessions for evenings/weekends as needed in a part-time role offering health benefits and PTO.

Formación

• CADC credential required.
• Experience with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions emphasizing coping strategies, relapse prevention, and self-care techniques.
• Deliver individual counseling sessions to address clients' goals and challenges.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
