Job summary

Restaura in Decatur is seeking a dedicated Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor to lead group programming and provide individual support within PHP/IOP care settings. The role emphasizes organization, skilled group facilitation, and ongoing clinical supervision to support professional licensure.

The ideal candidate will hold a CADC certification, have PHP/IOP experience preferred, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with the clinical team for comprehensive

Qualifications

Must hold a valid CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) certification or equivalent state license.
Experience working in a PHP (Partial Hospitalization) or IOP (Intensive Outpatient) setting is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Group Facilitation: Lead approximately 6 hours of group programming daily within the PHP/IOP curriculum.
Individual Counseling: Conduct individual sessions with assigned clients to monitor progress and address specific recovery goals.
Assessments: Conduct assessments if necessary.
Documentation: Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation (notes, treatment plans, and updates) in accordance with facility and state standards.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
