Keystone Retreat Behavioral Health is seeking a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) to support clients through their recovery journey in a full-time clinical role at our Ephrata, PA site. The position emphasizes group facilitation and case management to help clients develop recovery skills and access resources.

The CADC credential is required; experience in substance use treatment or behavioral health is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged or obtainable.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate engaging recovery-focused, psychoeducational, and life-skills groups.
• Support clients with case management, resource coordination, and discharge planning.
• Lead discussions on relapse prevention, coping skills, emotional regulation, and recovery goals.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support individualized treatment goals.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and structured group environment.
