ORTC, LLC in Grants Pass, OR is seeking a CADC R, I, II, or III counselor with a passion for helping others. Join our expanding treatment team and help clients identify, maximize, and relate their strengths to social, educational, and occupational goals.

Our treatment center offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) match, paid time off, education/training allowances, and an employee referral program. Hours are 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Formación

• Oregon CADC R, I, II, or III licensure.
• Valid driver's license.
• Meets Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
• Follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals.
• Be a beacon of hope for clients as they adjust to a drug free existence, providing emotional and physical support through their journey.
• Ensure clients receive the best care by adhering to program policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform duties with dedication and within the scope of their professional license and certification.

Educación

Oregon CADC R, I, II, or III licensure
