Qualifications

• CADC certification is required.
• Two years of experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, homelessness services, or BHH/IDD programs.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to complete electronic documentation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, recovery-focused services as part of an ACT team.
• Assist participants in developing and achieving recovery goals.
• Connect participants to resources, healthcare, housing, and recovery programs.
• Advocate for access to needed services and supports.
• Conduct substance use screenings and support recovery goals.
• Coordinate referrals to treatment providers and community supports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies.
