Qualifications

• Professional experience developing architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and experience with Bluebeam.
• Understanding of architectural documentation, construction methods, and how buildings come together.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with consultants to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Experience with ADA/IBC considerations and as-built drawings.

Responsabilités

• Develop architectural drawings and construction documents from concepts through construction.
• Translate sketches and design direction into coordinated drawings.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to finalize details.
• Review drawings for accuracy and suggest improvements.
• Maintain CAD standards, templates, blocks, and workflows.
