You will mentor teammates, optimize templates, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver fast, accurate results on retail, commercial, and development projects.

Qualifications

• Professional experience developing architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and experience with Bluebeam.
• Solid understanding of architectural documentation and construction methods.
• Confidence coordinating with consultants to keep projects moving.
• Strong spatial and 3D thinking; visualize drawings into built spaces.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to document accurately.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and with a team.
• Mentoring teammates or sharing technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings and construction documents from concepts through construction.
• Translate sketches, concepts, site information, and design direction into coordinated drawings.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and other construction docs.
• Solve design and coordination puzzles inherent to building projects.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and project teams.
• Review drawings with a critical eye and improve CAD standards and workflows.
• Share CAD tricks and templates with the team and improve efficiency.
