SAMES, Inc. is seeking Level I CAD Technicians in Edinburg, TX, to assist with drafting and surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will prepare mortgage and improvement surveys, ensure drawings conform to corporate standards, and verify property boundaries with supporting data.

The role emphasizes collaboration with city planning departments and engineers, with opportunities to pursue NSPS CST Level I Certification during employment.

Qualificações

• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D or equivalent drafting tools.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Team player capable of collaborating in a engineering/drafting team.

Responsabilidades

• Produce mortgage/improvement surveys and deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Produce drawings per corporate standards (colors, scales, layers, line types).
• Research property data to verify boundaries and ownership.
• Create boundary monument stakeout points and describe property boundaries.
• Review topographical data and correct linework to reflect conditions.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, surveyors for data needs.
• Submit completed surveys to the Survey Coordinator per SOP.
• Pursue CST Level I Certification.
• Adhere to all laws, policies, and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
