Job summary

Surveying And Mapping, LLC (SAM) in Dallas, TX is seeking a Survey Technician to support office and field staff in processing information and delivering final land surveying products.

Responsibilities include monitoring field crews, performing QC, and coordinating with supervisors to meet client demands. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required with knowledge of MicroStation or Revit a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D is required; MicroStation, Revit or similar is a plus.
• Proficiency in technical math; Geometry and Trigonometry are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support office and field staff by processing information and producing final land surveying deliverables.
• Monitor field crews’ production and perform QC of deliverables.
• Perform initial QC of field deliverables according to standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with supervisor to meet client-specific demands.
