Bowman Company in San Antonio, TX, seeks a CAD Technician II to support engineers and draft construction documents. You will translate technical notes into deliverables, organize CAD files, and collaborate with the team on design elements, under moderate supervision, with opportunities to grow within the company.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and ability to work with internal leaders and clients while using AutoCAD and related software. Remote work arrangements may be eligible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate experience required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Three or more (3+) years of CAD drafting experience using CAD standards, preferably in land development.
• Certificate or training in CAD classes.

Responsibilities

• Draft plans/mark-ups to create construction documents.
• Review work for completeness and accuracy before review.
• Revise plans per client, manager, or reviewer comments.
• Organize and maintain CAD files for projects.
• Delegate responsibilities for submitting plans on time.
• Receive design element tasks from project manager with budgets.
• Handle non-routine and complex assignments with minimal supervision.
