LJA Land Development is seeking a CAD Technician II to support civil engineering projects with drafting expertise. You will create CAD drawings, maps, plan and profile sheets, and handle redlines under guidance from project teams across diverse client sites.

Qualifikationen

• High school or technical school training in civil engineering or equivalent experience.
• Autodesk Civil 3D certification is a plus but not required.
• 2+ years’ experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Creates CAD drawings for engineering projects
• Creates and modifies maps for special assignments
• Creates plan and profile sheets plus CAD file exhibits
• Completes redline markups
• Performs work from sketches, verbal instructions, and notes
• Basic Erosion Control Design
• Establishes and maintains schedules and offers progress reports
• Utilizes company training resources to enhance engineering and CAD skills
• Other assigned duties as required
