Actalent is seeking a CAD Technician Designer to join our team of land surveyors, landscape architects, and site engineers. The role focuses on drafting technical details in AutoCAD and Revit, with Civil 3D usage for land development projects.

Job Title: CAD Technician Designer Job Description We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician Designer to join our dynamic team of Land Surveyors, Landscape Architects, and Site Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Create and draft technical details using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare variations of design to meet project specifications.
• Collaborate with Land Surveyors, Landscape Architects, and Site Engineers to ensure accuracy and quality of designs.
• Utilize Civil 3D for land development projects.

Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Experience with residential and commercial land development preferred.

Work Environment

This is an office-based position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The team consists of about 25 employees, fostering a family-oriented culture with strong community involvement. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
