Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Design Engineer to support infrastructure and utility-related projects in Naperville, IL. You will create and review designs, develop technical drawings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate has strong AutoCAD skills, a technical engineering background, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a hybrid work setup with mentorship from experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering.
• Internship experience or up to 2 years of engineering experience preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; GIS experience is a plus.
• EIT certification is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naperville, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $31.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
