• Relevant certifications in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) are highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with landscape designers to convert sketches into precise CAD drawings
• Use CAD software to create visually engaging designs with efficient time usage
• Develop detailed legends identifying all design aspects
• Maintain communication with designers to verify information and provide updates
• Revise plans as requested by CAD Manager, Designers, Executives
• Learn and implement standards set for all drawings in the CAD Department
• Implement proper calculations needed to produce accurate legends
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

As a CAD Technician at Creative Environments, you will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate design plans. You will work closely with designers to develop and refine drawings, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and precision. Your role involves interpreting design concepts, making necessary revisions, and effectively communicating with team members to achieve project goals. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate within a dynamic team environment.
