Job summary

Francis Tuttle Technology Center in Oklahoma City seeks a CAD/REVIT Specialist to oversee the District's CAD and Space Management system, including AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, to ensure accurate facility documentation and efficient project execution.

The role requires 5+ years in CAD with 2+ years in Revit, strong written and spoken communication, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CAD experience and 2+ years Revit experience required.
• Archibus experience highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the Facilities and Space Management drawing database.
• Create and maintain room number plans and space data.
• Create and maintain room capacity plans and related data.
• Develop and maintain master floor plans and as-built documentation.
• Develop and update site, utility, and easement plans.
• Collaborate with outside vendors for aerial maps.
• Assist Marketing with campus maps and interior signage.
• Maintain plans for Emergency Management, Safety, IT, and other groups.
• Provide CAD and Revit support to team members.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate CAD and Revit standards with outside agencies.
