Qualifications

• Associate of Science Degree with 1-3 years drafting experience or High School Diploma with 2-5 years drafting experience.
• Expert level CAD and 3D modeling software experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and information/data comprehension.
• Customer orientation, flexibility, results orientation, and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify CAD models for delivery partners and customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, RTQ&E, Manufacturing, Materials Management, Suppliers and customers to define requirements and provide timely solutions.
• Engage with manufacturing, vendors, delivery partners and end-use customers to discuss process flow and product issues.
• Communicate clearly to facilitate understanding and satisfaction with product solutions.
• Stay updated on CAD and architectural technologies and apply them to CAD support services.
