Job summary

Fervo Energy is seeking a CAD Specialist to lead the CAD program, PLM backbone, and document control across its Powerblock portfolio. You will establish drawing standards, templates, and a controlled information backbone to support all engineering modules.

The role requires building scalable CAD governance, PLM/PDM data models, and seamless integration with ERP and downstream systems, ensuring clean data flows from design through to as-built.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CAD or engineering data management.
• Experience building CAD standards, templates, and governance from scratch.
• Full drawing lifecycle ownership from design to IFC/as-built.

Responsibilities

• Build the CAD program and drawing templates.
• Stand up PLM/PDM and data models across the portfolio.
• Own EDMS and transmittal workflows end-to-end.
• Standardize processes across engineering modules.
• Integrate PLM with ERP and related systems.
