Job summary

CoCreative Interiors is seeking an Interior Design Associate with a strong technical and execution-focused skill set to support residential and boutique commercial projects led by our Founder and Creative Director. This role emphasizes technical rigor, documentation accuracy, and coordination from drawings to installation, with final design authority remaining with the Creative Director.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Interior Design or related field, 1–3+ years of experience, and proficiency

Qualifications

Degree in Interior Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
Open to recent graduates with strong technical skills or designers with 1–3+ years of experience.
Demonstrated experience producing drawings in a professional or academic setting.

Responsibilities

Produce accurate CAD and SketchUp/Revit drawings for spaces, kitchens, baths, millwork, and elevations.
Develop interior architectural plans with the Creative Director and external architects/engineers.
Create 3D models and visuals to support design development and client presentations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive specification books aligned with finalized designs.
Ensure drawings and documentation are accurate, coordinated, and ready for procurement and construction.
Support site visits, pre-install walkthroughs, and install preparation.
