The position plays a critical role in ensuring design intent is documented accurately, coordinated across teams, and executed smoothly in the field.

Creative leadership and final design decisions remain with the Creative Director. This role focuses on technical rigor, documentation accuracy, and execution support.

  • Develop interior architectural plans for renovations, reconfigurations, and additions in coordination with the Creative Director and external architects and engineers
  • Create 3D models and visualizations to support design development and client presentations
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive specification books aligned with finalized designs
  • Ensure all drawings and documentation are accurate, coordinated, and ready for procurement and construction
Selections & Design Translation
  • Support the selection process by preparing and coordinating material, finish, fixture, lighting, and furniture options for review
  • Research trade vendors and products based on finalized selections and approved budget parameters
  • Attend selection meetings to document decisions, dimensions, quantities, and adjacencies
  • Translate finalized selections into coordinated drawings, schedules, and specifications
Specification & Procurement Support (Documentation Only)
  • Request pricing, availability, and lead-time information from vendors as directed
  • Enter vendor pricing and approved markup structures into Studio Designer (subject to Operations review)
  • Prepare accurate client proposal documentation for internal review and approval
  • Assemble complete documentation packages for procurement handoff
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to support order tracking and follow-up
Project & Install Support
  • Manage assigned design scopes independently with oversight as needed
  • Maintain organized digital project files, drawings, and meeting recaps
  • Support site visits, pre-install walkthroughs, and install preparation
  • Assist with styling inventory management, returns, and installation logistics
  • Support install days and project reveals as needed
