Job summary

Prince Service & Manufacturing in Macon, GA is seeking a mechanical drafter who can read blueprints, generate CAD drawings, and prepare BOMs for machinery and robotics. You will review designs for manufacturability, ensure accuracy and meet engineering standards, and work with little supervision during deadlines.

Two or more years in manufacturing and strong attention to detail, plus solid communication skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and customer specifications.
• At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and customer specifications.
• Create detailed piece part drawings that meet Engineering standards.
• Review work on engineering designs for manufacturability, accuracy and completeness.
• Generate CAD drawings and bill of materials.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
