Job summary

Allfast Fastening Systems LLC is seeking a CAD Operator to prepare precise working plans and detailed drawings from sketches. You will use CAD software to produce and adjust designs, verify dimensions and materials, and ensure accuracy across project requirements.

The role emphasizes reading blueprints, applying geometry, and producing final drawings for manufacturing. This on-site, hourly full-time position offers competitive compensation based on qualifications.

Qualifications

Mechanical/Drafting Associate Technical Degree with 1 year college or tech school plus 3 years experience or training in detailed assembly and diagram drawings, or equivalent education/experience.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
Familiarity with CAD tools and engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

Prepares clear, complete and accurate working plans and detail drawings from rough or detailed sketches.
Uses CAD software to create and adjust drawings as required.
Checks dimensions, parts, materials and spatial relationships.
Draws charts for representation of data and produces finalized designs from sketches.
