Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; associates/technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of surveying drafting experience.
• Proficient CAD and survey workflow skills.
• Professional communication and client service orientation.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with Survey Manager on parameters and drafting needs.
• Perform accurate calculations in algebra, trigonometry, and geometry.
• Prepare topographic, boundary, as-built, and other survey drawings.
• Create civil engineering construction drawings when needed.
• Support field crews with point files and interpretations.
• Maintain timesheets for accurate billing and reporting.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients and team members.
