Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Hancock, MN seeks a detail‑oriented CAD Drafter to prepare and modify drawings per specifications and customer requirements. You will build catalog drawings and digital library items for the website, collaborating with the Division Engineer, Sales, Production and Quality Control to ensure alignment with latest shop drawings.

The role requires 2+ years with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor, a high school diploma (Associates preferred), and the ability to read construction

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret sketches, construction and civil plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage several projects.
• Detailed oriented with ability to produce production-ready drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create Shop Drawings of products using 2D or 3D drafting
• Create special manufacturing drawings for immediate production
• Adhere to customer volumes, timelines and expectations
• Prepare, modify, and maintain catalog drawings for production and Quality Control
• Prepare product assembly or shop drawings for sales staff and plant projects
• Update/maintain digital database (Autodesk Vault, cloud server, etc.)
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
