Job summary

Innovance, Inc. is seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to generate detailed drawings and 3D models for Lou-Rich products. This role uses SolidWorks and standard drafting tools to translate sketches into complete, dimensioned drawings and parts lists.

You will work with engineers, review customer revisions, and maintain engineering drawings across projects in a team environment. Applicants should have 5 years’ on-the-job drafting experience, proficiency in ERP/office software, and a solid understanding

Qualifications

• One to two years of college in mechanical drawing or related areas is helpful.
• Minimum five years on-the-job drafting experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and machine shop practices.
• Proficient with SolidWorks and standard drafting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings and layouts from sketches or layouts.
• Create parts lists and perform geometric, trigonometric calculations.
• Use CAD tools to develop accurate drawings and models.
• Provide technical assistance to the engineering department.
• Create customer approval drawings and maintain product drawings.
• Incorporate customer revisions and update drawing masters.
