Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering.
• 3–5 years of electrical design experience.
• Experience supporting solar PV and/or BESS projects.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and MS Office proficiency.
• PVsyst familiarity is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction drawing packages, including site layouts, equipment arrangements, and electrical drawings.
• Create and maintain project layouts from early development through as-built documentation.
• Collaborate with civil, structural, and engineering teams to support project design requirements.
• Prepare, organize, and manage design documentation and drawing packages.
• Provide technical support during design, permitting, and construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and drafting procedures.
• Support the development and maintenance of CAD standards and templates.
• Participate in occasional site visits as needed.
