Job summary

22nd Century Technologies Inc. is seeking a Technical / CAD Designer I to support engineering and project teams by creating accurate CAD models and drawings from instructions and sketches. The role requires attention to detail and good communication.

You will work under supervision, apply CAD software to produce compliant models, and collaborate with engineers to meet timelines and standards. An Associate Degree or related vocational training with CAD proficiency is expected, and the position

Qualifications

Associate degree in technology/drafting or related field (or completion of a related vocational/tech high school program).
Proficiency in CAD software with ability to interpret and translate sketches into drawings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate models and drawings using CAD software according to provided instructions.
Make model and drawing changes and revisions as directed by engineers or project managers.
Work under close supervision, instruction, and review to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
Follow established modeling and drafting practices and procedures to produce clear, concise models and drawings.
Communicate effectively with engineers and team members regarding project requirements and timelines.
