Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in drafting/CAD technology or related field.
• 4 years of electric utility drafting or CAD experience if no AAS.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise and maintain engineering drawings, sketches and records.
• Assist in preparing facilities and equipment documents and records.
• Read vendor prints and incorporate information into drawings.
• Perform calculations and use CAD and MS Office.
• Coordinate with other org units to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Train AEP employees in basic skills.
