Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a motivated Entry-Level CAD Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our Land group in Abingdon, Maryland. This is a great opportunity to launch your career by working on impactful land development projects, including site engineering for roadways, utilities, grading, stormwater management facilities, and sediment and erosion control. You'll be part of a collaborative team, gain hands-on experience from day one, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals who are committed to your growth. Candidates must have proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D. Join MRA and help shape the communities of tomorrow while building a strong foundation for your career. Hours of work: 8AM - 5PM, business casual dress; in-office role (hybrid option not available).
