Job summary

Plymouth Industries, Inc. is seeking a Design Drafter to create and modify drawings and related documentation for MeasureSafe using SolidWorks/AutoCAD.

The role focuses on layout design drawings, BOMs and engineering change notices while ensuring compliance with company procedures. The successful candidate will update CAD models, coordinate with engineering and sales teams, prepare BOMs for quotes and installations, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and documentation

Qualifications

• Experience creating and updating CAD drawings using SolidWorks/AutoCAD.
• Ability to produce accurate BOMs and associated documentation.
• Familiarity with engineering change notices and release procedures.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safe-design practices.

Responsibilities

• Update or create drawings and CAD models per procedures.
• Create drone flight plans of property to be surveyed.
• Design fall prevention layouts and BOMs for quotes/installation.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, and pilots to schedule flights.
• Ensure drawings meet standards and readability.
