Job summary

Langan is seeking a Staff Civil Engineer to join its Bellevue, WA team. The role supports planning, design and permitting of civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects, with opportunity across mixed‑use developments, shopping centers, residential and higher education.

You will collaborate with seasoned professionals, use AutoCAD and Civil 3D, prepare reports, plans and cost estimates, and contribute to design drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1+ years experience in site/civil design, including site planning, grading, stormwater management, drainage, and soil erosion.
• EIT Certification or FE exam registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, design and permitting of civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and modify engineering documents including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates and design plans using engineering software.
• Assess soil composition, terrain, hydrological data and geologic information to inform planning and design.
