Job summary

Blattner in Avon, Minnesota, is seeking a CAD Designer to create and maintain detailed engineering drawings and layouts for utility-scale solar and wind projects. You will collaborate with engineers and project teams to develop site layouts, electrical and civil drawings, equipment arrangements, and construction documents while ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

Ideal candidates have a two-year technical degree in Drafting and Design or equivalent experience, CAD experience, and

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in Drafting and Design or related field (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or directly relevant renewables experience.
• Previous CAD design or related experience preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu; strong Microsoft Office skills.
