Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. seeks a CAD Designer to join our engineering team. You will create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models from engineers' designs, support product releases, and manage data in PLM and ERP systems.

Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers, implement revision control and ECN processes, and help develop drafting standards while staying current with CAD advances. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential as you produce accurate documents for

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field is required.
• Experience with CAD drawings and drafting standards preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed mechanical drawings, circuit schematics, and other documents using CAD software.
• Generate 2D drawings and 3D models of components and assemblies.
• Maintain and enter BOMs into ERP systems; manage data in PLM.
