We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for redesigning Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs), including ceilings, floors, electrical systems, walls, and RF doors. This role requires a strong understanding of security requirements and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed CAD drawings and designs for SCIFs, including ceilings, floors, electrical systems, walls, and RF doors.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs meet all security and functional requirements.
• Review and modify existing designs to improve functionality and compliance with current standards.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and support project implementation, including OCONUS travel as required.
• Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of design changes and project documentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams during the implementation phase.
• Stay updated on the latest CAD software and design techniques to enhance productivity and quality.

Compensation:

$85,000 to $100,000 per year annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
