Job summary

HarbisonWalker International is seeking a Design Technician I to join our Engineering Team. You will maintain and prepare detailed CAD drawings and bills of materials for simple vessels used in quotes and customer orders.

Candidates should have 0–3 years CAD experience, an Associate Degree in CAD Design or Engineering, and knowledge of AutoCAD and CREO. Proficiency in MS Excel and Access for BOMs and customer databases is required; travel is limited.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience as a Design Technician with CAD experience.
• Associate degree in CAD design or engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and CREO software.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Access for BOM and customer databases.

• Preparing CAD refractory shape drawings for plant manufacturing.
