Job summary

Actalent is seeking a CAD Administrator to review and clean engineering data, resolve CAD/part/BOM discrepancies, and prepare data for migration into a new PLM system. You will collaborate with engineers to ensure data readiness and execute CAD data cleanup within CAD and PLM environments.

The role requires practical CAD experience ( Creo ), PLM familiarity with Windchill, and the ability to modify 2D/3D models while updating PLM metadata. Onsite/Hybrid work is available in Redmond, WA.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD environments (Creo) required.
• Familiar with Windchill PLM and Creo.
• Ability to modify 2D/3D models and update PLM metadata.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to work independently.
• Experience with PLM migrations or data remediation is a plus.
• Knowledge of configuration management and part numbering.

Responsibilities

• Review and clean engineering data to resolve CAD/part/BOM discrepancies.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure data is ready for PLM migration.
• Execute CAD data cleanup and alignment in CAD and PLM systems.
• Update and validate part and assembly metadata with engineers.
• Resolve inconsistencies across CAD files and product structures.
• Modify and maintain 2D and 3D models aligned with standards and correct linkage to parts and BOMs.
• Support file type standardization and CAD–PLM integration.
