Job summary

Lifetime Products seeks a CAD Business Administrator to support installation, configuration, training, and ongoing administration of CAD and PLM applications across the organization. The role partners with internal customers, management, support teams, and CAD users to improve processes, resolve issues, coordinate CAD-related projects, and ensure users have the tools and knowledge to work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Windchill PDMLink, LPDS and other PLM apps.
• Plan and coordinate CAD-related projects across divisions to ensure on-time completion.
• Develop and maintain CAD processes, training materials, and a knowledge base.
• Provide training and guidance to CAD users on tools and processes.
• Troubleshoot CAD/PLM issues and advise internal customers.
• Lead continuous improvement projects for CAD systems and workflows.
• Prepare monthly benchmarks, reports, and updates for management.
• Coordinate with PTC support to resolve Creo-related issues.
