Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline with six or more years of progressive professional applications administration experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or as an Application Administrator.
• Experience with Model-Based Definition (MBD) methods, 3D CAD with PMI, GD&T, ASME Y14.41.
• Experience with Windchill PLM v.10 or later; CAD integration with Windchill.
• Familiarity with installing and maintaining Windows applications; basic networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windchill PLM and integrated tools (CREO, SolidWorks, Workgroup Manager).
• Manage Windchill PLM data, workflows, and product lifecycle data.
• Monitor engineering software health and address issues.
• Plan for future system needs and improvements.
• Provide user support and training for engineers.
• Perform software updates and IT coordination for installations.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT to resolve tickets and renewals.
