Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate within all departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Use of CAD software to manage files and program processing equipment
• Learn product offerings, labor / material cost, and company processes capabilities.
• Prepare price quotes or orders in a timely manner as per the customer expectations.
• Develop understanding of process types to increase sales growth and profitability.
• Work with sales team to generate accurate estimates that meet customer’s needs and expectations.
