Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Design is required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience using CAD/BIM software; AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals for precision plans and models.

Responsibilities

• Produce models and drawings for major heavy civil projects from plans or notes.
• Build concrete and steel structures with embeds to resolve conflicts early.
• Use CAD/BIM programs for means/methods analysis and takeoffs.
• Work with georeferenced data and survey teams to document data.
• Generate and maintain tools, resources, and standards for CAD/BIM/VDC.
• Create visuals for proposals including renderings and 4D animations.
